Thanksgiving Prep, Starshine Update
Supplies for Thanksgiving prep I think are done. This year we have tentative plans to share a table with our neighbor and aspirations of inviting the other neighbor, thus hopefully ending the residual neighborhood drama and extend the olive branch. Thanksgiving is a good day to establish new beginnings. We'll combine our food stores, eat and have some fun, while reflecting on things we're thankful then return to our respective trailers and spend the rest of the afternoon in a food coma... that's the plan, we'll see what happens.
I finally got to my Thanksgiving arrangement. I recycled the squash from the Halloween arrangement and added some of our sunflower heads, rosemary from one neighbor, corn tops from the other neighbor (same as mentioned above). I think this will be a good "come together" gathering.
Starshine update: This past week has been fun! Midweek last week was a meteor shower. So cool! I saw 15 before my fingers and toes were so numb I had to come inside. Since then the count has been between two and eight each morning. Lots of wishes, lots of good thoughts.
